Explosion reference

FOr the explosion, I wanted to do a similar explosion to this. It works because it has a nice simplistic style and really captures the power of what an explosion is.

RObot REference

FInal Idea

The children standing up, we cannot see their faces. They seem to be standing in a military fashion, no movement and measured to perfection away from each other.
The Teachers hand is seen mechanically writing on the black board.
The children are shown to be robots with light bulbs on their heads.
One robot looks out of the window and sees a butterfly. He then imagines the butterfly flying into space and transform into a spaceship.
The robot starts to malfunction explodes into a smog of colour, which reveals the robot as a child.

Revised Idea

A normal classroom situation, hot day, boredom fills the air. We see all the children breathing slowly as to say they’re corrupt with the lack of excitement. The teacher lifelessly writes on the blackboard, not a single sign of humanity is shown, only the machine like precision of the chalk scrapping upon the blackboard. One child begins to drift away into the realms of his own mind. We see a bleak landscape slowly changing into a colourful backdrop of a cartoon filling the boys mind with colour and excitement. As his eyes open, colour pours out as if his eyes were some sort of magical rainbow sprouting watering can, giving class the all needing gift of imagination. The class becomes filled with excitement and we hear laughter for the first time.

Cartoon Network Adverts

ALl of these adverts are a really good example of how to advertise your brand. they successfully combine characters from different shows and make them fit in well together. Unfortunately, the real life style and use of Cartoon Network's characters is not something I want to do.

Concept Art of the Video Game Idea

I made these images using Microsoft Paint, as it is the only programme capable of pixel artwork. I looked artists like Chiho Aoshima for ispiration for the landscapes.
